I founded Bob! Desk after years of troubleshooting hundreds of companies through Bob! Dépannage. I saw firsthand what the absence of a proper tool costs: lost tickets, Excel spreadsheets breaking down, management without data. Bob! Desk is the solution I wish I had back then.
About Hamza HASSOUN
Hamza Hassoun is the CEO and co-founder of Bob! Desk, the CMMS software designed for maintenance managers of multi-site networks.
A graduate of EDHEC Grande École, he began his career in finance—apprentice trader at Société Générale on fixed-income products (2011-2012), then Junior Financial Controller at Ardian / AXA Private Equity (2013-2015).
In 2015, he and his partner Blaise CHAVANNE created the marketplace Bob! Dépannage, a platform connecting customers with emergency home repair services.
It was in this context that he discovered the real problems of field maintenance: lack of tracking, uncontrollable service providers, management blind to costs.
In 2019, he launched Bob! Desk to provide multi-site networks with a high-performance solution.
